Loleta Cheese Factory

We stopped at a cheese factory along the way.

It was mesmerizing watching the big vats of cheese being made.

This thing traveled up and down the vat, stirring the mixture.

Lots of steam was involved.

These are the big molds that the cheese was going to be packed in after it was cooked.  We wanted to see them pack the molds but couldn't wait around that long.

This worker waved to the camera.  What a good sport.  Can you imagine people watching you work through glass windows all day?

You could sample all of their cheese flavors.

It's getting thicker.....

And this doesn't really have anything to do with Loleta Cheese Factory, but as we drove away, we saw these two dogs sleeping in the street and we thought it was pretty cute and so small town.
